
A recent research reported that the practice of Yoga regularly for eight weeks is very useful for patients of chronic heart diseases and help in reducing indicators of inflammation, which is often associated with death. The researchers, who studied the effects of practicing yoga in a regular basis for 8 weeks on 19 heart patients, found that these exercises not only decrease the usual indicators of inflammation associated with inadequate heart while also improving the affordability of exercises and the way of seeing life. 
The study found significant differences between levels of biological indicators in the blood of the patients who have completed their treatment by Yoga and those who received standard medical treatment, as patients completed a remedial using Yoga without any complications.
