
Spanish press reports revealed today, Wednesday, that Adidas, the German company for sports products, needed to obtain a judicial order to prove its rights to provide the Argentine soccer player, Lionel Messi, player of the Spanish soccer club, Barcelona, with shoes that he uses during matches. The Competition was between Adidas & “Nike”, the company that has signed a contract with Jorge Messi, player’s father, when he was fourteen years old to provide shoes for three thousand Euros annually only until 31st April 2004.

“Nike” Tried to extend the contract period with the player, but he chose to deal with Adidas that needed for a judicial order in March 2006 to prove that the paper was signed by the player with the first company was only an expression of good intent for future.
Messi, 20 years old, leads the list of Spanish league this season, a total of six goals.
