Shokotan is a Japanese girl who has many talents to produce for the public. She is the daughter of the late singer Katsuhiko Natakawa. Although she is just 24 years old , she is an actress, singer, illustrator and magna cartoonist. She has her own style in any field she decided to penetrate in.
She won the Grand Prix award from Jackie Chan talent agency when she made her entertainment debut in 2001 at the Popolo Girl Audition. She shared in the Anime Expo held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in July of last year and she was known to the public by the TBS programme, “Osama no Brunch. In 2006, her CD “Brilliant Dream” achieves a great success.
Shokotan was unique in all her life matters. Since she was a little kid, she fall in love with the anime cartoon and start drawing till now. She does not like indulgencing in fashion and pop singing. She wants to be herself. She always has something to do which means that she has no free time.
She expressed her bizarre manner by putting the dead cicadas in her hair as an accessories or as a hat. She has the courage to throw the crispy shells to her audience in her performance. She is not afraid to show her weird nature to her fans.
